If you initiate or place an order via one of our external profiles, that platform’s respective cancellation, refund, and dispute policies will apply:
Cancellation request processes, milestone releases, and money-back guarantees for orders placed on those systems are fully governed by the terms of service of the respective platform used.
4. Damaged or Corrupted File Delivery
If you receive a corrupted download from our website or experience issues opening source files (such as AI, EPS, PSD, or PDF files) delivered as part of a custom order, we will gladly exchange/replace the file free of charge. Contact us immediately with details of the technical issue.
